How to Make a Reservation Through Our Customer Portal

Temperament Tests

Follow these simple steps to schedule your dog’s temperament test through our customer portal:
1. Create Your AccountStart by signing up on our Customer Portal. You’ll enter your basic information to create your profile.
2. Register Your DogOnce your account is set up, add your dog’s profile. Be sure to include their name, age, breed, and any other requested details.
  • 3. Upload Vaccination Records
  • For safety and compliance, we require up-to-date vaccination records for:

  • Rabies
  • DHPP (also accepted as DHLPP or DA2PP)
  • Bordetella
  • Dogs over one year must also be spayed or neutered

  • 4. Start Your Booking
  • From your portal home page:

  • Click on “New Booking”
  • Select your dog (or dogs)
  • Click “Start Booking”

5. Select a Booking CategoryChoose “Temperament Test” from the list of available options.Then, confirm the same option on the right-hand side.
6. Pick a Date and TimeYou’ll see a calendar view—choose a date and time that works best for you.
7. Add Notes (Optional)Use this section to share any details we should know about your pup—or leave it blank.
8. Review and SubmitRead through our terms and conditions, check the box to agree, and click “Submit Request.”
